  5. When ordering by shopping cart system, please make sure that the information is correctly provuded.

3.Choose the payment method

  1. By Credit card (After we received your order, a payment link will de provided along with the price quote via email to you.) *For country notorious for credit card fraud, please select bank transfer.
  2. By Bank Transfer (TT) Any bank service charge is to be paid by customer him/herself

5.Order confirmation

  • After the order has been placed, we will contact you via email about item availibility and infomation on the payment method.
  • The confirmation email will be provided to you along with the invoice (excel spreadsheet) and a payment link attached (if pay by credit card is selected).
  • The invoice includes item price and shipment fee, please double confirm the attached spreadsheet for your order.

6.Settle the payment

  • For credit card payment: Click on the link provided in the confirmation e-mail will lead you to a third-party secure credit card payment services site for payment.
  • For bank transfer: Bank transfer might need several days before the payment could be confirmed and recived in Japan.


  • After all of the ordered items are confirmed in stock, we will ship the order via post (EMS or SAL) to the address provided in the order.
  • If you wish to have your order shipped seperatly in order to receive the in stock items faster, please contact us (an extra shipment fee is required)
  • The list/receipt is included in the package of each shipment.
  • Please contact us for package tracking number.
  • We DO NOT mark down the package value or declare it as gift.

8.Receiving your order

  • Please check the contents of the package upon receiving.
  • If you wish to do size exchahnge, please keep the product tag attached.
  • In case of defect or damaged products, please contact us within 10 days since the order arrived to you.(About exchanging product or size)
